Sensitive Period for Order during infancy requires us to have "special areas", the infant will know "what to expect", this is very important for development of confidence in self and others.

Adaptation: Newborns are in a process of adaptation, we can assist by keeping voices,  abrupt movement "soft & muted" as they adapt to life outside the womb.                        The "Toppincino" is used for moving newborns around, aiding in adaptation.
